RK’S KLOSET REFUND POLICY
We welcome all qualifying items to a store credit within (5) days from the date of purchase. Returns are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the the returned merchandise. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable
1. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and free of any fragrances, residue, smoke or anything other than the exact original condition received. Ineligible returns will be returned to you and charged additional shipping fees.
2. Returning Shoes:
Shoes will not be accepted unless they are returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damaged shoe boxes are ineligible for returns. There are no exceptions. Should they be returned in any other condition other than listed above, they will be returned to you and charged the additional return shipping cost.
3. Used Items:
ONCE LOVED (gently used items) are marked at/or below cost! They are AMAZING deals on items that we only have a few left of and we are making room for new GOODIES - due to this - ALL USED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
4. Final Sale and Non-Returnable items:
Final Sale items are in-eligible for returns. All sales are also final and non-returnable on earrings, seamless bottoms, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear.
5. Defective Items/Problems with Shipment:
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems must be reported within 24hrs of receipt. Issues must be sent via email to info@shoprkskloset.com. There are no exceptions.
5. Order Changes:
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at (630) 313-6610 immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will do our best to modify the contents of your order as requested.
7. Indemnity:
Users agree to indemnify all ShoprksKloset® service providers and affiliates against all losses or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement and/or the Privacy Notice by the User, or any activity on the User’s account by another third party. Users agree that all complaints and disputes will be resolved under the arbitration procedures described in the Sites’ Terms of Use.

9. Disputes
If you have a complaint about our privacy practices, we will take reasonable steps to work with you to attempt to resolve your complaint under the arbitration procedures described in the Site’s Terms of Use.
BY USING THE SITE, WE EACH AGREE TO SETTLE DISPUTES ONLY BY ARBITRATION, INSTEAD OF SUING IN COURT (EXCEPT CERTAIN SMALL CLAIMS).
Notice of your complaints must include a written statement including your contact information in totality,, the facts giving rise to your complaint, and the relief you are requesting (the "Dispute Notice"). The Dispute Notice must be addressed to: Shop RK's Kloset® - P.O. Box 4735- Naperville, IL 60567-4735 and sent by certified mail as described in the Site's Terms of Use. If you do not reach an agreement with us to resolve your privacy complaint within sixty (60) days after the Dispute Notice is received, you may commence an arbitration proceeding pursuant to the Dispute Resolution provisions set forth in the Site’s Terms of Use.
